Charletnarouh has some great ideas. I love silicone baking brushes for sensation play. Toothpicks feel rather sharp when dragged across the skin.

It's not really "kinky," but I always used my hairbrush handle before I finally got some sex toys. I also used this plastic, phallic candy holder I got from Blockbuster for a while. It was basically two large, plastic test tubes that screwed into a centre piece and each tube held a different candy. I ate the candy, then used the tube.

The tried and true shower head extension. I had to buy a shower head after the old one was completely rusted so I decided to invest in a two-in-one shower amalgamation. As a bonus my partner and I can shower at the same time ^_^
