I work exclusively with Kinbaku and other types of Japanese rope bondage(shibari is the word some people use for it). I've been a professional rope model for almost 2 years now.

Specifically, I lean more towards Rope Suspension then anything else. Though anytime I can lay blissfully in a pile of used jute/hemp are a scene is worth it.

I used to be a die-hard ropegirl, but nowadays my SO and I have been taking the lazy way out due to our new Sportsheets Cuffs. *laughs*

Hopefully we'll get back into the swing of things...there's something about the feel of rope that I miss occasionally.

I love the heaviness of leather cuffs, but rope has a lot of versatility.

I have some bed restraints, love them. Also ordering a liberator black label collection wedge-ramp soon that will have the leopard cuffs on it. The boyfriend also said he was interested in learning some rope play soon, so we will see.

I play with rope but prefer cuffs, quick and easy!

Hmm, I feel rope are better but I do like the smell of leather and look of cuffs.
It's just if someone really wanted to torture me outside of play, to truly restrain me, they'd use ropes.
