I have seen many handles and stuff for the shower but dont know if they really work and would be worth it. Has anybody tried these types of things out and how well did they work?

From the reviews I've read, the suction cups come off easily or do not stick to all surfaces. I wouldn't trust them.

most don't seem strong enough... showers are great for foreplay, though. Then you can get out and have sex there!

I just don't trust it - I've done enough falling over in my bath/shower WITHOUT the added danger of thinking I was secure holding a handle or using a footrest

I don't think I would trust them, I've read a lot of bad reviews about the shower cuffs.

Maybe if you duct taped them to the wall while it's dry. It worked when mythbusters made a boat out of it so maybe it will help the handles stay on too
