so me n my husband are both not really the role play type. well, more him im all for it. now we want to try. does anybody have any tips as to how to use this and what to do? id really appreciate it

What to do: have fun.

Basically, you just put the cuffs/collar/mask on. You can make it about power exchange (one partner collaring another), or just for fun (cuffing your partner up so they can't get away from your advances!).

You should check out the Bondage 101 game on here! It's a great intro to bondage that's non-intimidating. The best way to get into bondage is to communicate with your partner. Ask them what they're comfortable with, and such. Then, just go with the flow.
