Type of clothing... well shoes HELP!

(First off sorry if this does not belong here- I do consider this type of clothing bondage related though...)

So I DO consider myself a kinkster but I am at a loss of words here as to WHAT type of boots these are these? (See lower picture)

I have been looking for these types for a long while (MAYBE using the wrong key words?)

I was looking either for ones that are down from the belt or like "Chaps Attached Boots"
