I agree with Kendra. Thought I don't have a rubber gag, I've heard it leaves a nasty taste in your mouth.. so I voted silicone.

I have the silicone one. I hate rubber cause it usually stinks. Ya just get a better product when ya go with silicone!

Silicone, I like to be able to sterilize my toys and rubber has an awful taste.
I'm sure the taste depends on the rubber though, not all of them may be as terrible as the one I tried.
