Which should I buy for my first ball gag?

Lately I've been interested in buying my first ball gag. After looking around EF, I've narrowed down my options to two: the Fresh ball gag and this rubber ball gag. Both are just about what I'm looking for regarding size, materials, and price, but I'm torn between the colors.

I really like that the Fresh ball gag is unique and so vibrantly colored. But I'm afraid that it will look ridiculous in comparison to what "traditional" ball gags look like. At the same time, it's the cheaper of the two options and to me, looks like the higher quality gag, which really draws me in.

Meanwhile the rubber ball gag is more traditionally colored and comes in purple, which I think is a really gorgeous color for a ball gag, but I've heard that some people have issues with the taste and smell of rubber, whereas I didn't hear many reviews for the Fresh gag regarding any bad taste. Additionally, the rubber ball is 2" in diameter, while the Fresh ball is 1.75", and I don't know what sort of jaw tolerance I have and would be disappointed if a gag hurt too much to wear.

Which do you think I should get and why?

Once you decide you want a higher quality (but more pricey) gag, the Silicone Ball Gag was highly recommended to me (I'm saving up). However, I would say out of the two you chose, go with the one that is higher quality (and if you like the Fresh colours, who cares what other people think is 'ridiculous'?).

I voted for the fresh ball gag because it seems to have more pros than the other gag. It's really pretty and if I were buying one for myself it would probably be that one.

If I was going (only) off of the way you described them it sounds the most appealing also.

I like the Silicone removable ball gag, which comes in 2 sizes (that's the small, clearly). Silicone is just much nicer to have in your mouth than rubber,

I did eye that one for a while, but it's out of stock right now, and I had something planned for a gag in the near future, otherwise I would definitely wait for it to come back in stock.

I think out of all the ballgags I have looked at on the site, I would buy the Aslan silicone ball gag.
It also comes in black, so it isn't so "ridiculous", has snaps to remove the ball for cleaning, and is silicone/leather. It is a little more expensive than the options you had listed though.

Tantus or Aslan ball gags for the quality silicone which will last you forever (comfy too)! Or... Fresh for the cute set.

I like the fresh ball gag, tho I wish for more colors. Might be able to justify the colors since it has a whole kit/set

For a starter definitely go for what you find more appealing and affordable. If you really like it you can always upgrade to a silicone ball gag or something similar.

i like going for the more traditional one. i just dont like pastel colors on my bondage gear. it looks funny to me. but thats just an opinion. pick what you like best.
