Didn't Receive Birthday GC?

I didn't know where else to post this, so I hope this is ok.

My wife sent a message about being added (both of us) to the Birthday Club. We assume that it was received since our names are on the May birthday announcement, but we're not sure how this works. Do we have to message someone for the giftcard? Is it automatically emailed to us? Also, where does it get sent to? Do they send it to our regular emails or is it sent to our eden inbox? Only reason Im asking is because my wife and I would like to place an order, but we're wondering if we should just hold out until we figure this out or what lol.

It will come to your personal email account. You can always send in a support ticket .

Yup, like Zombirella said, it will come to your personnel email. Be sure to check you spam inbox as well.

Also depending on when in the month your birthdays are, the time you get your gift card may vary.

My Birthday was May 1st. I haven't gotten one either. If you get one, let me know please. :]

Check your spam folders.

Gift cards are requested on Mondays, at the very latest on Tuesdays, and are emailed to the address you used to register for Eden notifications.

I didn't get one either, I sent a message with my email and birthday to her on the 16th of last month. I wasn't sure if you get them when you sign up or on/near your birthday.

My understanding is that the gift cards go out in the beginning of the month. If you send her your birthday after she's posted the birthday announcement for that month, then you need to wait until the next year. But, now you're on the list, so next May you should expect a giftcard. Or at the very least that's what I was told when I e-mailed her about my birthday after the November birthday list was posted.
