Hello everyone! Welcome to the Build a Better Eden Community Planning thread for May.

Think of this thread as the official Community Suggestion Box. This month we want to focus on new ideas. We are going to start a new community activity called 'Flash your Stash' this month, and we have a few contributor tutorials coming as well. Do you have any ideas that you would like to share with the community? I was trying to think of more ways for us to all get to know each other a little more. Please feel free to share any other ideas or suggestions as well, of course!

I really dislike how contributors with high rankings don't go through review editing. I'm constantly seeing reviews with a few and sometimes SEVERAL errors that were never edited due to the reviewer's rank. It just makes me cringe! Surely there is something we can do to fix this?

There was a programming ticket to allow these contributors to submit.

I wouldn't mind if everyone needed to go through editing. I'm good at editing other's writing, but have the most difficulty with my own.

Please.... for the love of the Great Big Dildo... can you fix the page thingie???

You know when you have your browser up and maybe a Skype conversation on the other side of the screen? How you have to shrink the browser a little? Every other site out there in the www automatically changes their page to fit the screen. EF doesn't. Is there a way that this can be done???? I keep missing pages in a discussion because I don't see that there are more than one page!

EF should formally inform editors to make it a high priority to check for plagiarism when editing reviews. As well, there should be a warning and then if the same contributor (not editor) plagiarizes again, they should be banned.

I concur with having ALL reviews be edited, especially since the # of points per review has exponentially increased.

I'd like to be able to save SexIs articles as a draft while I work on them. I know I can do it in a different program, but sometimes it's just easier to keep it in EF because I switch devices a lot.

I'm not really sure this is the place for it but can you consider making another video review opening? It's just the same song every time, and now you don't even have the option of skipping it anymore on a lot of videos. I don't mind seeing the same images but if I'm watching a lot of reviews in one day it gets really annoying and I mute it until the song goes off anyways. Just thought that it would be nice to change it up a bit.

I know it's not a major issue, just thought it would be nice to have an update after having the same song for so long.

I'd love to see a two month editor rotation rather than the current threeish months. With the increase in members, more and more people want to become editors. This way, there would be more opportunities for those interested.

This is really bad right now. I'm wondering if maybe it would be better to hold off earning points until the review has actually been published. There are several in the task market right now from people who just create an account, plagiarize two reviews, and move on. I'm thinking of all the points these people are getting for nothing.

It's just a minor irritation, but I've noticed that when you search for a product and all of the results for your search are out of stock there is no way to uncheck the "hide out of stock items" box. The box actually doesn't even appear. If there is at least one item in stock that comes up for your search, you can uncheck the box and see the out of stock items that met your search criteria. Would it be possible to change it so we can have this option for every search?

what's even the point of that? Do they buy some super cheap toy and move on to a new account?

I really want one page that contributors can go to for products that are still available for free EF reviews. Most of my reviews come from products I've purchased on my own, but if I want a to request a free review, 99% of the time that I find a product I want to review, it is unavailable due to already having 3 reviews. I would like to go to only one page and see the list of those still available if I want to request one of them.

I'd love to see on a persons profile a 'member since' date. I love how on some of the other forums I'm with seeing that I've been contributing my version of "sunshine sass" for x number of years. For me, it makes me feel like I am part of a bigger picture.

I definitely agree with this - as it stands now that I'm a high enough rank not to "need" an editor, I'm having to have one of my friends read everything over for me. It would be really nice at least have the option of submitting to an editor, because while I have no problem correcting other people's mistakes, my brain gets this sort of "oh, I remember what this says - I can just tune out" mentality.

One other request - if it is possible - is that I would really like it if there were a tab on the forums for the discussions we start. I really like going back and checking on all of my discussions (I wouldn't be making them if I didn't), but as it stands now, I'm using up my "favorite discussions" tab to try and keep track of them all.
