It doesn't have to be defensive at all. Simply state that by law, returns are destroyed or whatever is correct.

I understand, but common sense would dictate that this is completely unethical and not something any company would do.

That's like saying that a hospital rinses out hyperdermic needles and reuses them. We also do not accept used toys unless it is defective.

Sorry! This is not a Community Planning suggestion. But one for reviews.

Is it possible to "save draft" on Follow-up Reviews? I like to write down notes as time progresses, but would like to keep things all organised on EF.

Would it be possible to add brief descriptions to the forum categories? I know some are self-explanatory, but even after a year on this forum I sometimes find myself unsure where to post a thread, a small description would be helpful.

Just hang tight on all of that. We're working on a ton of things for the forum and some of that is going to include redesigns and changes to subcats.
