Lol, I appreciate it. I guess we were on the same track. I would seriously have no idea how to set that up. I love healthy food, but if it were in conjunction with the weight loss club, I'd probably make some enemies. I love to make sweets. Lol
A cooking club in general is a great idea that, like Gary said, has been brought up before, but nobody has submitted anything for it yet to get it rolling.

Maybe you could turn your favorite sweets into a healthier version of your original??

I'm not sure how it would be set up either. That's why I was willing to let you take the credit for the idea!

There will definitely be a place for healthy recipes in the Health Club, BUT... I think it would be so much fun to have a Cooking Club for people who aren't necessarily interested in healthy living.

I know how you feel, somebody kept me up late last night and I've been working for about 10 hours so far with a few more to go, lol

Hmmm, I guess I could always poll the site and check interest for starters.

Well if you want to be the one to get the ball rolling on it, just email either one of us and get the proposal form, fill it out, and send it back in

Any food can be healthy. It's how much of the food you eat that may make it unhealthy. At least that's what my wife tells me.

I'm not even sure how long I slept last night or when I fell asleep. I just know it wasn't long enough and i did not enjoy my internal clock waking me up at like 6:30am...that's just not right.

Just wondering if you need anything from me in order to do the V-day card thing I brought up earlier? Wondering if you can help coordinate an exchange like you did for the xmas party? I've got the other part under control.
We do need to nail down this Valentines Day party. How about a thread for tonight?

I fell asleep somewhere between 12:30 and 1, woke up around 5 and took forever to get back to sleep. And then I woke up again around 7 because my body is used to that from my last job, lol.

I agree so much, you don't even know!! Healthy living is great, but no one is perfect and it's completely fine to indulge!!

no but you could make it w/ applesauce instead of butter (no taste difference and more moist) and egg whites instead of whole egg.

I guess my one question would be what night to hold it. I'm guessing some people will be busy on the actual day?

How many things does that applesauce substitute work for?
