If that were done, I think I huge time chunk should be announced so people with things going on during parts can still go later and partake in discussion.

Well, March is St. Patty's, then April is "Easter/Passover/Sprin g Equinox," May is Memorial Day, July is the 4th (totally need a party IRL for that), September Labor Day, October Halloween, November Thanksgiving, December Christmas.

It's pretty much monthly anyway
