Maybe we should change the focus of the group? It was originally started to come up wit ideas to improve the community. Maybe we can more specifically identify an issue and further pursue it.

Speaking of I really like how the last few weeks the banners at the top show what meetings are going on. I think its a helpful reminder for people who dont read the calender. What a great update to the site.

Not just compile, but do the work. For example, the whole mentoring program could use a better fact/information page. Also as you've said to people repeatedly, the proofreading page needs updating. We have enough experienced people here to do the work and submit it to EF if you think that would be acceptable. The website is hard enough for beginners, wrong/outdated information doesn't make it any easier.

I think this is an excellent idea. Like a page really describing it. I read a thread earlier where the girl got upgraded while in the program and didnt know her mentor wouldnt get the gift card. I think stuff like this could be prevented with a information page or message being sent out to new members.
