I would look gross if I was 110. I would rather gain weight than be that small. At 135 my ribs stuck out way too far. It was disturbing. I also have a lot of muscle though. I know friends who are my weight, but don't fit in my clothing-too small. I don't ever want to be below high 130's or low 140's. It looks unhealthy on me. Everybody is different though. I try not to go by weight numbers. I go by body measurements instead.

I'm with GWF 500 in one go. You put in a song or two that moves you and you'd be surprised how many you can go. Try 20 one day, do 30 the next. Etc. Go until it hurts so bad you can't do anymore. I love the burn!

Lol I wish. I miss it so much. I don't even bother most of the time now. It is so much work and if I do them at night I am up past 2. Which does NOT work if you have to be up at 7

EXCELLENT choice! I use weights on that. Put dumbells in my hands and put them over my head when I do crunches. Takes the strain off your back.
