I am very much into nail art and my number one inspirer (that is not even a word but whatev's) is Robinmoses!!!

She has an awesome blog, she even has video tutorials of her nail art ideas, I love her!

sooo glad I found this question!

My items are inspired by 2 main things-
1: my love of colour. All thing bright and beautiful and full of colour!
2: the military. I am an army brat and now an army girlfriend (soon to be fiance I hope!). I love making military themed items!

To be honest I like banksy, then I found out he basically is an idea man, and hires people to make his stuff. (I know some of these people who have made his stuff for him) And I was like...meh dont like him that much anymore as an "artist" I still think he is a good art director.

Yeah, he has great concepts.

I also like the visual side of street art. Check out Monsieur Qui and Finbarr if you're interested in that.

The closest 'person' I can identify with inspiring my art is likely Enya - she and Roma Ryan weave a beautiful world with words and music that draws upon fictional worlds, myth, nature, language, and the fleeting preciousness of mortality. Any of my visual art dabbles into these themes while listening to her music.

Otherwise, my faceless-nameless-form less Muse strikes like lightening, then runs off giggling madly and leaves me wondering WTF happened.

It depends on what I'm trying to create but most of my inspiration comes from either Edgar Allen Poe or Lord of the Rings.
When I'm making some really goth jewelry, drawings, or poems I've been known to set my Lordi playlist on repeat though. xD

Some online artists such as St-Boomer on DeviantART and Laharu also on DeviantART

But I find stories, cultures and images of foreign places inspire me the most. And my writing buddy Sometimes nightmares or a movie no one thing more than another really.

Life I suppose inspires me heh :p
