I -love- avocados. I grew up eating them plain, with just a little salt sprinkled on top. And also in guacamole, or in a sandwich, or in a salad. Recently, I've been making salmon with a ginger-soy glaze, on top of a bed of sauteed mushrooms and kale, all on top of a bed of couscous, with sliced avocado on the side. It's so delicious.

I used to love it so much that i ate it everyday for months.
