Both, it just depends. If it's just for myself - box stuff. If I'm making it for a big family dinner or a party or something - from scratch. It's not so much work because I used the food processor to grate all the cheeses!
From a box I was never taught how to do it from scratch I should have learned while sitting in the kitchen while it was being done. I am sure it is not to hard. But I don't have a lot of people to cook for either.
Always from scratch and baked, unless it's Annie's from a box, but that's pretty rare. Not sure how much of any I'll be having in the future.. Just figured out I'm lactose intolerant :-/ Lactaid may be my new bff.
