Oh that just looks great, I am totally going to have to make it for myself as my guy is not a fan of fish.

The pictures for this meeting are hosted at link and link .

Do you see any potential stumbling blocks right off, or do you think you could make this tomorrow?

Definitely want to try this recipe soon! Sounds great! The directions you gave are very clear, and I don't think I'd have any trouble with it

What other foods do you enjoy steamed?

How is cooking them different from steaming fish?
Steamed broccoli is the best thing ever. But, you really have to be careful and not over-salt the water and if you let it cook too long, it gets just as mushy as if you'd boiled.

A tip about cleaning plants like broccoli - put them in cold, salted water before you cook them. Any bugs will die and float to the top.

So now it's time for the two generously donated EdenFantasys gift cards. We'll have two up for grabs tonight---one will be awarded to a person who correctly answers a trivia question that was brought up during tonight's meeting.

The second gift card will be awarded to someone who can share a personal experience.

Is everybody ready?

Steam plain soft tofu, then add chopped green onion, add hot oil, soy sauce and a little bit of sugar.

The only thing I've ever steamed was broccoli but I think all that might be about to change!

Ooh, that would be tasty too. Especially for all these folks whose dinner dates don't like fish...

All right!

The first EF gift card will go out to the *fourth* person to answer this question:

What part of the body is soothed by ginger, letting it be useful against motion sickness?
