This sounds fantastic too!

One of the easiest and best deserts I have made...

1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 can of whipped cream
1 can of sliced pineapple (the rings)
Cinnamon for finishing touch

First you want to boil your can of condensed milk in a pan of boiling water. I leave it in the can to do this some don't. Open the can and let the caramelized milk slide out keeping the form of the can. Slice it in to thin slices, you make this per serving. So on a desert plate place one pineapple ring, a slice of the caramelized milk, A drop of whip cream on the top and then sprinkle with the cinnamon.

Very good and a very light desert.

Not canned "pie filling," just canned puree. Now I am excited that I can try again!
Yes, yes! Bake it first! There's actually a bunch of different ways and temps to do it, but do bake it first.

Ohhh, this is true.

Well, if you want a similar style of dessert, honestly you could just top this with blueberries and no jello, instead of blueberries with jello. I would definitely recommend fresh ones instead of frozen for that, though.
Thanks. I am going to try this hopefully this week. I will let you know how it comes out. It is so hard learning to cook for a vegetarian So amny ingredients that I had no idea he couldn't eat.

I used to just toss a dollop of mayo on top of pineapple slices. That's yummy too.

They actually sell caramelized condensed milk at an International grocery store near me. Which reminds me, sometimes I like to put mango boba in that dessert. They're like the regular tapioca ball boba, but they're just a shell with juice inside, so they burst with mango juice when you bite them. They're a lot of fun ^-^

My mind is boggled by how you would manufacture that but it sounds delicious!

I have no idea, but they're so cool. If you have a Red Mango or similar sort of frozen yogurt place like Orange Leaf or something near you, check their goodies bar for something that looks like pea-sized roe. Sometimes they have mango and strawberry ones.

Haha, whoops! I didn't have Excel open so I tried an online random number generator... and it gave me 2 5 5 5 3 instead of five individual numbers

So far, then,

Sneakers and Pearls

Melan!e

and

Mama's Toys

get gift cards! And now stand by while I try to get some fresh numbers...

Awesome thanks so much. Definitely try the pineapple desert. My ex-mother in law mad it and I thought it was a little weird but is amazing for something so simple.
