I'm still here, but haven't had much to add. I will say we don't do BBQ sauce too often. I've made it once or twice, and it was good, but we don't do ribs very often. We do grill wings often, though.

You can use something called Southern Comfort which is 70% proof! It is really really good; and it can be mixed with a Sweet and Sour Mix or just with ice!

Yeah the only time we do bbq at home is when we're doing chicken. Wish we had a grill because those ribs look really yummy.
