I hesitated to suggest it because I couldn't come up with a good way to integrate the chocolate, I'd never have considered cacao nibs! I might just have to try it!

Thank you all so much for coming to this meeting! I think the recipe-building activity was super fun, and I hope you all go and try making a sorbet or two that struck your fancy.

I want to see pictures, too, so if you make some, show it off!

For next month, I know we're having an Olympics theme, so start thinking about recipes that show off your cultural heritage!

I will put up a couple of threads as brainstorm starters in the next few weeks, and I hope you can come to August's meeting too
