For coconut lime, I would squeeze some limes (probably 1 cup of juice) and add it to 1/2 a cup of coconut simple syrup (like my lavender stuff.) Then add an extra quarter cup of sugar, and freeze!

I would boil 2 cups of raspberries in 2 cups of water, and strain them.

Then I'd add maybe two double shots of espresso (just buy them to go!), and 1 cup of sugar. Then freeze!
I'm going to try that!

2 cups sugar

For raspberry, I would use a raspberry syrup from starbucks, with NO sugar added because it is their sweetest syrup, and I would add extra water (so 1/8 cup raspberry to 4 cups water)

My recipe:
CHOCO-STRAWBERRY.

- Put two cups of strawberries in 4 cups of water and boil.
- Strain the berries and leaves.
- Add ½-cup of 72% (or higher) cacao nibs to the strawberry liquid until melted.
- Add add ½-cup honey and stir until it dissolves dissolve.

Place in container and put in freezer.

I have no idea if this would work but I would definitely give it a try.

I've never made sorbet before, but I imagine for a chocolate mint you would disolve cocoa powder in hot water (1/8 cup?) and add maybe...2 tsp? of peppermint extract right before freezing.

All sound very delicious!! We should have an Eden ice cream shop and name the flavors sexily!

That's a lot of peppermint. Maybe 1/4 of a tsp to start out with.
