I haven't had buffalo but my husband has had the burgers and said they are ok. He would like to try the steaks.
Has anyone ever eaten BUFFALO meat?

It's been a while, but I don't recall the buffalo burgers really tasting that different than beef. I am assuming they are similar enough, and then with the cooking and seasoning process a burger is a burger. I would gladly eat more buffalo though. I will say, bear burgers where a little too 'rich' when I had those last. There was a distinct flavor that was too present.

I had a buffalo burger when I was young. I honestly don't remember it tasting much different from one made of cow.

Yes I have had it and it is very good. It is a bit leaner and sweeter than beef but is very similar in taste.
