I used to love extremely spicy foods, I could eat a ghost chili if you give me enough ice water, but when I turned about 16 or so, my tolerance for spicy foods seemed to disappear! Now I can only eat mild Even medium will set my mouth on fire! I hate it! I can't even eat those spicy cheetos without my mouth burning

I voted "other" because it really depends on what sort of mood I'm in. A lot of the time, I love painfully hot salsa, but sometimes I'll go with something milder so I can focus more on the rest of the food (ridiculously hot salsa tends to be a little overpowering or distracting to say the least).
