My perfect burger would be a medium rare cooked free range buffalo burger - fresh and good meat, buffalo is really lean so there's not a lot of fatty parts, and I love the natural grassy flavour - with bacon, bleu cheese, tomatoes, pickles, onions, stout mustard (from mcmenamins), and plenty of crisp lettuce. A close second would be with onions, tomatoes, lettuce, pepperjack cheese, and salsa, or tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, onions, bacon and cheddar cheese with A1 steak sauce.
I've also had some amazing sort of "themed" burgers - my mum made Moroccan spiced burger's once that were to die for, and I've had some really great Mediterranean spins on a good burger.
As far as bun goes, I'm a big fan of a nice, lightweight whole wheat. I like my food with substance and flavour.

I adore all burgers and pretty much love food in general. I like a good quesadilla burger with cheese, guacamole, a spicy sauce and on a wrap. I love veggie and black bean burgers as well.
