Grew up with Chinese, so I like it. Southern Chinese food (Guangdong)...northern Chinese food is bland to me. But, I'm guessing most people don't know the difference since they've only eaten American Chinese food.
I am a serious foodie so I always have a craving for something different every day from this list. Though lately I have been craving Korean lately cause I haven't been able to find a good place to get it from yet where I live.
Nice authentic Japanese food, the stuff my family makes. Sushi/teriyaki/ramen is great but there's so much more that people tend to overlook!
I love Beef Sukiyaki but have never successfully make a perfect pot at home, I always put in too much broth and messed it up. I love and miss Okonomiyaki, it would be nice if I can learn to make an authentic Japanese version with the tasty bonito flakes dancing around!
