I love boysenberries, blackberries and raspberries! If I can get them, acai, evergreen huckleberry, salal and salmon berries are wonderful, especially for pies.

Oh my. Our old house we used to have a big, multi tiereed strawberry garden we built. Now we have a big house, but tiny yard...and what yard there is, well...it's all "dogs" who would rip such a garden to shreds. Guess it's only store bough berries for us.

I love berries, too. I don't know what's so special about.

I especially love blueberries. Do you know this: you start eating one and there's an urge to keep on eating and eating until there are no berries left?

I found out that there is a substance in the blueberries that prevents serotonin from being broken down in the brain and so there are small serotonin kicks everytime you eat blueberries.

I don't like fresh raspberries because of the seeds but I LOVE raspberry flavored stuff. So maybe like a wild cherry pie with a raspberry crust. YUM!
