I love scrod, tilapia and most shellfish. But I would have to say scallops is my absolute favorite. What is your favorite type of fish?

Tilapia...there's hardly any bones, a lot of soft meat, and you can cook it basically any way and it tastes really good. It's not dry.

I pretty much love all fish, but am partial to pickled herring, trout, and mackerel. I also LOVE squid.

Probably easier to list fish I don't like, that list would be MUCH shorter!!! But, some of my faves have to be:

Scallops (always #1!)
Salmon
Swai (a new fave I just discovered)
Shrimp
Boiled Crawfish (reminds me of my living in Louisiana)
Fresh Ahi Tuna
Shark
Swordfish
Catfish (southern fried in cornmeal)

My favorite crustations are Shrimp,Lobster, and clams. My favortie fish are Whiting and Salmon.
