Mainstream movies is our category this month, as we have covered "classic" and "independent" Now, since Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows finale is premiering this week, we could always make that our movie of the month. Black Swan In director Darren Aronofsky's psychological thriller, ambitious New York City ballet dancer Nina Sayers (Natalie Portman) lands the lead in "Swan Lake" but soon thinks her dreams of stardom are threatened by a rival ballerina (Mila Kunis). As opening night nears and the pressure to be perfect builds, Nina's obsession descends into paranoia and delusion. Portman won an Academy Award for the film, which also nabbed an Oscar nod for Best Picture. less

And after I went up to the gorgeous guy yesterday (at a restaurant, not even a bar) and asked if he was single and if I could give him my number because I hadn't been able to keep my eyes off of him since he walked in (I'm kinda gutsy for a girl - I go after what I want), I remembered how much FUN being single and dating is. Heh I have met the family behind secretariat's success, the horse himself and some of his offspring. My Mom's Marty Three Bars was a downline of his. It is am amazing story but if you aren't into horse racing or at least horses it can be a bit boring...says Sigel who doen't care for the beasts less
