It's not DESIGNED for that and I can't advocate using it like that. There would not be instructions for that involved.

No problem. It made an improvement within a few hours for me, although the biggest change isn't for 48 hours. you skip a pill, it makes a big difference, so if you go on it, try to be faithful about rememebering it.

So is walking an exercise you'd all be interested in adding? I figure it's easy to do. But, if you have other suggestions for the goal this month, I'd love to hear them!

How about one meal a week that is ultra-healthy.

I think someone mentioned sit-ups or push-ups. I could go for some of that.

Works for me. I find walking up and down stairs to be real helpful as well.

I'd love to do more walking - my problem is finding the time to get it in. I am going to try and get even a small bit more in than I do now.

I hate walking, because I can only walk with my 3 and 4 year olds..... so it is more like dragging sandbags than walking.

Which sucks, because in actuality I LOVE walking.

Like, eat at least 2-3 servings of veggies a day. I don't know.

I know what you mean. You know what I do? I play Red Light/Green Light with them. THat way, they're ahead of me and the can run, and I can walk at my own pace.

Not sure your situation, but perhaps take the stairs instead of an elevator. Or park at the the end of the parking lot, so you have to walk further to get inside.

I used the 1.5 liter bottles that you can buy in grocery stores. I kept one with me at all times, and when it was empty moved to the next one.
I have a big water bottle but not sure how much it holds the first two weeks I was drinking it twice a day and sometimes even 3x. Going to start doing it again.

What if you only eat 1 meal a day?

OK, so of the three ideas, which do you like best?

1. Adding a walk every day
2. Eating a super-healthy meal every day
3. Incorporating 3-5 servings of fruits and veggies a day (I edited it a little for those who are more fruit than veggie kind of people)

That is not a healthy way to get nutrition.
