.... make sure you include a bigass salad. But not a plain old ceasar which hardly has any veggies in it at all. One meal a day is very unhealthy though, your body may be able to work, but not properly.

When I'm babysitting my little sisters, we chase each other around the house. It's a great way to get some exercise in, and it keeps them happy, haha.

I also have a hard time with breakfast, so I usually have my first meal at 11 am and eat lunch around 3, dinner at 7 to 8 ish. My kids eat regularly however. and I will snack on veggies while they eat usually

It was supposed to be "Per Week" but per day is a good goal too!

Remember, a healthy meal doesn't have to be a salad or something fancy. It could be something as simple as making scrambled eggs with just the whites and adding spinach or a piece of fruit!

Dried fruit is a great way to gain your fruits and veggie requirements. They are almost like sugar and very portable.
