Do you exercise on a regular basis? And why?

That's the right attitude, staying fit makes a person a better lover!

That's good enough as you stay on track, gradual weight loss is better than crash diets anyway.

It wakes me up in the morning, and helps me to lose weight and get fit. It also really helps when I'm stressed and need to release energy. Plus, I love the feeling of sore muscles!

I wish I exercised, but I have dreadful depression that makes me think "fuck it".

My exercise is walking around campus... and I do it because it's a necessity. I like to time myself for my uphill (1 mi) walk.

No, but I used to work out fairly often. I'd go running and went to the gym. I kind of stopped when I couldn't afford the 50 bucks for the gym membership a month. I'm pretty lazy. I need to get back into the habit of doing more physical activities.

I love exercise, but for the last little while my schedule has been seriously crazy (worked 24 hour shifts 6 days a week, helping aging parents, 3 kids....) I can totally see the difference in my health!!! I am really looking forward to a more relaxed lifestyle with exercise added back in!!!

Not regularly, but when I do I do it to make me feel better.

I work out regularly because of many reasons. It overall makes me feel better physically and mentally. Not just self confidence, but also it puts me in a better mood. Physically I like to look fit and I want to maintain a healthy body as I grow older.

it takes me a bit to get started on working out (the walk downstairs to the elliptical/treadmill, walk to the running path and drive to the gym are always the hardest!) but I feel AMAZING afterwards, so it's definitely worth it! seeing your body accomplish things you couldn't before is empowering as well.

I've just started working out every day for a bit. I hope I can keep up with it.

I just started working out on a schedule in February and it's mostly because I'm sick of being called skinny D:....somehow that's more acceptable than calling people overweight :\.

My body craves motion. It laps it up. I'm grateful that I'm able to exercise. I enjoy it so much.

I chose not to have a car so I have to walk everywhere, that is what I use as exercise.

I like to exercise outside (for example, jogging around); I've found that it's a neat way to relax, get away and de-stress, and go sightseeing.

Not as often as I'd like. It's none too easy when you're out of the habit.

Yes, I exercise at least 4 times a week. If I don't I feel moody. It helps me be healthier and feel better about myself.

yes, and for the reasons all the above!

I found out last year I had borderline high blood pressure, and after a month of running, I was back in the optimal zone. It's kind of amazing. I have high risk factors for heart problems, so it's really important to me to exercise.
