It would help if he had a more navigation-friendly website. Otherwise, it sounds like he's still suffering from poor self-esteem by plastering "I DID IT I DID IT I DID IT" all over the place and making a big deal over a private accomplishment.

I think it's great that someone who worked to overcome a weight issue has come this far and talks about it, however there is still residual insecurities and some bragging. If I did this, though I would brag too!!

I'm impressed...

I wouldn't have said he was that unattractive to start but it's cool that he's a walking example of what a person can do with focused living. Props to him!

I'm with WomanChina on that--anyone who has crafted himself after years of ambivalence deserves a self-congratulatory pat on the back.

It just goes to show that being overweight isn't the end of the world and really one can go from "fat to fit" if they had the will to do so. Skinny to ripped is much harder imo D:
