That could work as a story start...I could write a start detailing a party and then have the writers finish the story?

I think it would be cool if several contributors like as much as would like to cooperate in writing. Maybe if each of us write a sentence to a book or poll someone started.

Feel free to post a link to your blog and a short excerpt if you'd like. EF claims no rights to the work posted here in the EF forum so it's not like you'd be giving up your rights or anything. It's get you some flow to your blog as well!

That sounds intriguing...if you'd like to start a thread with that in mind feel free to do that in this forum. Be sure to include that the story can be humorous but please let's not try to make humorous rape stories. Those are very amateurish and it's a trigger to many of our community members. Anything else is fair game.

Wold you guys like to do something like writing just the "action" parts of a story? Sort of break it down and really get into perfecting the art of describing sex? We could get into that during the colder times of the year when it just seems that you NEED to write steamy sex scenes to warm yourself up.

It's actually an offer we have made from the beginning for people who don't want to post their work on the site. Mine tend to go the opposite direction, I post here and then post the work on my blog.

I'll put that on my master list of things we'd like to do then! It could work with perfecting setting the scene and character development. Sometimes deconstructing your writing can help with writer's block as well. Not worrying about setting up anything just free form writing whatever you are seeing in your mind's eye. It sort of opens you up.

We've had threads where the story devolved into a "surprise! rape" type of non-humorous joke.
