The three topics this month are:

*Valentine's Day- this can encompass anything love related; love lost, found and searched for, cherubs, candy, flowers, cards or even the rampant commercialism of holidays.

*Winter Warmth- can be about topics relating to fun things to do in Winter to keep warm, or even about the pagan holiday of Imbolc (Oimelc, Imbolg, ect.)

*The Coming Apocalypse- this can encompass Zombies, Aliens, Viruses, May 2012, or even Alien Zombie Viruses let loose in May 2012! Whatever is your vision of the apocalypse, share it with us!

You can either post your writing on your own blog or site, and send him a link to the writing...

You can send him the finished piece and he will post on EF Blog, and then post a link to it.

We are asking for finished pieces and a maximum of three pieces per author. This is subject to change in the future depending on the popularity of the club.
There is no set writing style, the pieces can be anything from poetry to raunchy erotic lit. If your piece needs a back story please include it with the submission to Gary. Be sure to include what topic you chose to write under so we can group the submissions accordingly.

This club is open to everyone, not just writers. The pieces will be published the week before the next meeting of the writer's club, where we hope to see all of you!

I am excited to have something to write for, but first I need to corral my ideas as they are currently running around like a band of sugar-high 5 year-olds!

You know, when I read 'May of 2012' I was like, 'What's happening in May...? '

But yeah, the world is 'supposed' to end on the Winter Solstice.

Didn't they just recently say it was incorrect that it was 100 years off so the new date was Dec. 21, 2112?

It's so nice to have a group to share writing with. I have always really appreciated it, and it's my first time being part of an erotica writing group.

I want to make an offer: if anyone would like to share a draft with me to look over and give constructive feedback, I am open to doing that for people. I promise to be nice -- I have extensive experience giving creative feedback to artists. Most recently I've been going to school to study theatre production, which is really about collaborating with lots of creative people and using heaps of tact. I've been doing creative writing for a long long time (20 years??) including fiction, non-fiction, theatrical monologues, poetry, and musical lyrics. Just send me a message through Eden Fantasies.

Nope no restrictions on length either minimum or maximum. All we are asking is that it be a finished piece not an incomplete one.
We might, later on, discuss a forum where we could post some of our incomplete stories or story lines for some help but right now we are looking for finished pieces to discuss.

I don't see why you can't still write about it...I think it might be fun to have a permanent topic that is sort of open to the club members. This would give the members a chance to write about past topics or just be totally random. We'll see what the rest of the club thinks.

I just sent the first chapter of my story in! I think that it's going to be a long one, I kind of twisted the idea of zombie cupids into cupids from another dimension. And he's a full grown man. I haven't yet worked out the kinks in his backstory, so I've only done one chapter. I'm so happy to be writing again
