I'd be willing to help edit pieces from authors that would like someone to double check their work.

I would be more than happy to track down reviews of qualified editors on EF to see if they would be willing to edit stories for us? If that's the best way to go about it, anyhow.

I like that idea. Everything should probably be new all together. This way those who get the book have something fresh.

Collected, edit and printed by Christmas? Isn't that asking a lot?

I think she's still providing care for him at her home, so that might be taking up some of her time as well.

I have a few volunteers already but if we get an overwhelming response we might just ask you to do just this!

Tell me what you need from me. I've gone through the process with a small press so I know a little....editing is definitely not one of my strengths...lol. I had 3 editors for my book...lol

Caring for someone after surgery, especially heart surgery, is very demanding. Even if the person is recovering well, it still takes a lot of time and energy to care for them.

Maybe we could post some sort of little support thread for sexy where we all tell her that we are thinking about her and hoping that her father recovers quickly?

We could do that...publish a list of the themes and ask for new material on them. We should have a few older materials to sort of bind the blog and book together and HOPEFULLY generate a bit of readership. If that makes sense?

This will be a real bound bok you can put on your coffee table or on your bookshelf Later if we decide we can branch out into other areas but we're going for the whole shebang this time.

I like the idea of mixing the best of the old with the best of the new. It would definitely create a sense of continuity and allow some of the truly excellent pieces from the past to be included in the book.
