LOL I am using the P90 work out system from Beach Body and while I still haven't got a beach body I am starting to see results but DAYAM it is HARD! It was MUCH easier to get out of shape....

Trust me, it's all looks, and all jiggles at least a little bit lol. I don't really want to get all cut and ripped and be all muscled or anything like that, I know I'll never look the same way I did in high school, but I'd like to be healthy at the very least. I think I've heard of that before, but it was an infomercial, so I didn't give it much credit. Is that an every day thing? Or a few times a week thing. I am very interested.

It is very difficult but quick and you see results very quickly. Very good system.

The limit is 3 per month per writer and the last day for submissions is always one week before the next meeting.

A Summer topic for the first one? Or should it be more specific?

Anyone have an idea for a third topic?

Hrm.. I like having the vague summer theme, it can encompass anything from summer love to something patriotic to well, whatever really. As for a third topic, hmm, I always suck at coming up with these. We could try apocalypses again? lol
