Do I understand Eden's Terms of Use correctly, that any story or other work I post becomes their property to distribute, publish or otherwise use any way they see fit without further informing or paying me? I'd like to post stories for feedback, but don't want to relinquish the rights to my intellectual material.

With SexIs the expectations are not the same. If your work is published there it must be the first time it is published and, I believe, becomes property of SexIs. The magazine pays for the work, Eden Lit offers only constructive criticism and gratitude!
The terms of use apply only to reviews written on the site or paid for by EF or it's subsidiaries.
