You should split it seasonally!

Like Vaccinium gets April, November and February,
DW you'd get December, July and March,
Kindred would get January, May, June

Someone else would get August, September, October

My suggestion is to have it the weekend after easter because us Big Jews will be really busy during the 8 days of Passover.
