Hello everybody, I want to talk to you about our Secret Santa for this year!

So last year we did it live during the Holiday Party. This year, I wanted to try something a little bit different so that we don't have to worry about accidentally spending the whole holiday party getting our Secret Santa stuff in order. What I'm proposing for this year is a whole week of Secret Santa! Well, maybe not a whole week, more like a weekend, but something where you have a little more wiggle room on being able to participate.

So I want you all to tell me just how interested you are for a Secret Santa, and see how you may want to do things.

I wasn't here last year so I don't know how a live Secret Santa would even work. I would imagine it would be easier to do in a non-live version. That way you can still participate if you can't make the party and also the Santa portion doesn't take up the whole time period.

I think it's a great idea and sounds like a lot of fun! I'd say anywhere from $10-$20 is a good range for prices. If it's too low the options get limited but too high and not everyone can participate. From $10-$20 should be enough wiggle to accommodate selection and participation.

I would love to participate! The weekend before the holiday party sounds nice. I voted for a $15-20 price range (+ shipping) since there seems to be a higher chance of getting something we like.

I would be willing to do it and it should be the week or so before that way in case we are vacationing and the price range should be 10-20 something like that.

I think $20 limit is good. I think it should be where we buy things the week before Christmas. I know the friday before I'm getting 5 teeth pulled. I probably won't be online .

I think its a great idea and price range of 10 - 20. I like that it would not be live bc im one of those that can never make club meetings bc the times offered are not good times for me.

I say up to $20 on gifts, plus the shipping.

Any idea if EF will make the same deal for international shipping again?

I would be interested in playing Secret Santa this way, especially if we can get a break on international shipping (since I'm in Canada myself). I find it difficult to keep up with the parties and my kids at the same time, lol.

I think we're doing something at least similar. You'd tell me if you're international and whoever gets you would also get a small gift card to put towards the shipping costs.

Squee! I did the party but missed the Secret Santa last year. Hooray! best thing for a Jew to do around xmas (aside from eat Chinese food).

I think $10 - $20 would be good.

I really enjoyed the secret santa last year - was awesome.

I'd like to be able to have the week leading up to christmas to choose the gift for whoever I receive.
I think $10 - $15 is a good range, cause then ya have shipping on top and a lot of people don't earn points as easily as some of us. Plus christmas time in $ wise is a tough time for many.

I think this is a great idea. Doing it live would be tough, I can never be online for that long at once. But I think this is definitely something that should be done

I like it being done with a little wiggle-room for scheduling.

I voted $15-$20 but after reading everyone's responses, I think I would change my vote back down to the $10-15 range. When you factor in shipping, I don't want to dip into anyone's budget. And there really are a bunch of fine things in that price range---lots of books, panties, those heartwarmers and hot love things... small list

I prefer having the range be of $5, (that is, 10-15 or 15-20, instead of 10-20) so that people are getting something equivalent to what they're giving.

You won't see the person's address you're sending to - only Eden staff who process it will see private information.
