Well many people don't necessarily read the book before the meetings. But the conversation is wonderful. We learn a lot!

Welcome, Ryuson. You can get a bit of a head start on the book here, but we'll try not to reveal any spoilers.

So who here believes that confidence is an important factor in our sexuality? Do you think that becoming more confident could help you to feel more sexy?

I believe its one of the most important factors. How can you be sexy if you don't have confidence in yourself? You can't be sexy unless you believe you are sexy.

Glad to see you here, Brenda. Do you mean to say that I'm ahead of you in reading the book? I have to admit that it didn't seem beforehand like the kind of thing I'd like, but I really enjoyed it.

This is a good everyone will need to have read at some point, even if you just keep it as a resource to dip into now and again. It is for anyone who has ever felt like the OTHER kind of WOW (worn-out woman!)

Absolutely. If I'm feeling confident in myself, I'm feeling good about myself, and feeling sexy easily follows. If I'm having a less than stellar day, I'm really not all that sexy, at least in my opinion.

For sure! I feel like it makes or breaks a woman (and in America, with the media and all, we have far too many breaks)
