I like the mention of exercise. Taking a break from reality to just walk and clear your head helps think yourself through. You can take a step back and say "who am I? Did I do something to feel empowered or show confidence today?" If I look at it from an outside point I can review what I did well and what to change to make me feel like a better me. Sure wouldn't hurt to do those exercises with the Teneo Uno or Duo - two birds, one stone(excited they come in the mail tomorrow).

ITA! I notice that when I am surfing on Eden or reading a sexy book, I WANT my hubby...NOW. I really should do that more than once a month...

The Power of Wow will make you look at the things that eat away at your confidence. And it's designed to let you go at your own pace. I've included tips from many of the Stiletto U alumni to help you adapt.

It occurred to me that writing erotica might be part of the process. Lori includes that, in a way, with some of her journaling prompts, but as an erotica writer and editor myself, I can see emphasizing that even more.

I have a twitter, but I don't use it as much as I use my facebook, y'know? It took me long enough to figure out how facebook worked. (I'm horrible with technology.)

Honestly, living sensually, which is the bedrock of both the way I live and enjoy life, and my coaching, is all about understanding the power of living in the moment. My lovely editors suggested the title and I loved it immediately because it really did say it all!
