So, what did you think of this collection?
I liked it. It wasn't the best I've read, and some of the stories really grabbed me more than others. Maybe I wasn't in the mood to read erotica this last month, but I found the whole thing rather disjointed. There didn't seem to be a common theme to the works, or even enough great stories that stayed with me after I put the book down.

This sounds very interesting. Can we do it of a book we haven't written a review of?

Oh, I loved Geneva King's story! It was one of those stories that makes you reconsider the women you know... and contemplate what their "secret" lives might be like.

Very well, thanks! Glad to be able to make it tonight. Although I have a confession. I know it's the Naked Reader Club... BUT I STILL HAVE SOCKS ON!

It's definitely a collection of great, sexy stories, but there were quite a few that I've read in other books.
Oh yes, these stories were culled from the Best Women's Erotica series. I know we discussed reprints a couple of book club meetings ago-- were you disappointed in this collection because all of the stories were reprints? Were you aware of it before you read it?

At the moment, any book that has appeared on the Naked Reader list can be done. And in the near future, all the books we've featured over the last year, will be listed on the blog.

So if you own say.. Fairy Tale Lust, but didn't review it—you can do a video reading for it.

Alys and Kristina, I think many people have more sides to them than just one. I know I do. Though I can't say that I've been to a sex club having sex with a whole bunch of people. lol

This is one of the first books I have read in this genre. I think the stories were perfect for people like me with short attention spans when it comes to reading. I did, however, have a harder time following "Just Watch Me, Rodin". I am not sure if it was just because I had a hard time visualizing the whole situation or what.

One of my favorites was because I could visualize it so easily. That one was "The Upper Hand"

I'm excited to start reading it... when I find the time *sheepish grin* I'm getting into the groove of things at work and seem to be falling behind in all my EF stuff.

Does it have to be part of an anthology, or can it be part of a full novel?

It was a woman who had two college neighbor boys spying on her while she was sunbathing. She figures it out and goes in her house and sets up a video camera. She tapes them as she goes back out to seductively intice them sunbathing. In the end she goes over to ask them if they can help her do something, in front of one boys mother.. and the rest well I can't say....
