I'm a fan of the quickie in certain circumstances... like say arriving at your date's house and feeling very much interested in sex, but also needing to meet friends for dinner.... being ten minutes late isn't such a bad thing in those cases.

The next book is the opposite end of the spectrum-- a novel! It's Carrie's Story.

And isn't it great being able to get the books electronically? I have a Nook!

Pretty much. The real life quickies just seem so much more fulfilling than reading about quickies on paper, lol.

It really is. I never thought I would do it. There's something about the paper, etc with a real book. But I am loving it. And...I do have Carrie's Story in my wishlist. So I'll be grabbing it very soon. I'm quite intrigued by the story line of that book.

I'd take Carrie's Story over Story of O anyday. (Don't forget to read the sequel to Carrie's Story which is "Safe Word" too. )

I have also had the one minute quickie... it was my first time... how fun was that?
Okay... wait... my mind was still reeling from the DAILY quickie, and then I read "sex on average 4 times a day." Wow!!

I can't imagine a one minute quickie would be fun for anyone, and certainly not for your first time!

Hi everyone! I'm late but here. Had my eyes dilated at an eye appointment earlier so it's a little hard to read the screen.

Oh I won't.

I actually prefer the writing style in The Story of O, but the storyline in Carrie's Story.

So are the stories about as short as a quickie? Or is there a lot of build up in them?

I didn't even realize who wrote them until you said it either, lol. Am I the only one who almost never pays attention to the author while reading?

Some are super short and some are a bit longer. My favorite was The Rider.

Yeah, my deflowering was pretty lame, but it was just once and it certainly didn't stop me from having more sex.

And yeah... um, I like sex. Before kids, it was all I wanted to do
