I was a bartender for years, so I actually don't drink that much, maybe once or twice a year? A beer here or there. I'm really picky about any kind of drink that's mixed unless I do it myself.

However - any party or shower that I host has it's own drink that I prep and have ready for guests.

So heres something I thought of after Beck mentioned how everyone loves her loaded baked potato salad and knowing we all have to eat to survive...

Do both of you have a favorite recipe or go to meal you cook often?

The Husband is Italian so he does all the cooking. I'm a lucky woman. However, I think that the 'go-to' meal around our house is probably pastina. We ALL damand this when we are sick. It's our 'chicken soup,' if you will.

Pastina is actually a type of pasta. It looks almost like tiny fat stars and The Husband adds his own gravy (red sauce -spaghetti sauce- sometimes with very little meat in it). It always has real, hard, parmesan cheese (not the kind in the plastic container that you keep in the fridge) grated in it until the gravy is almost orange.

Pastina with just a bit of butter and milk was given to babies and children in Italy as basic baby food.

The Husband tossed out a lot of the more Americanized-Italian style food (like the plastic container of pre-grated parmesan cheese that you keep in the fridge) when we got married. We aren't even allowed to go to Olive Garden.

TheSinDoll, you're awesome. If someone was to design a line of clothes for you, how would you want it to come out?

And Beck, actually, same question!

And (wearing my Eden Cooks hat) to both of you---what is the meal you make most often?

Christ on a bike.....better be a dirt bike, Kawi green, two stroke and a heck of a big one!!

So, speaking of bikes...four-wheeler and a mud pit, dirt bike and a hillclimb, street bike and a mountain pass or bicycle in town. What would you ride?

BECK--
A bit of green or a sex toy.
Sex or a bit of green.
Homegrown and Uma -or- sticky and a finger vibe.

Priorities, priorities, priorities--which ones are yours??

Figured after the serious, deep and probing previous questions I would lighten it up a bit--

Chicken and rice Enchiladas! I make this often and anyone who likes spicy food...loves my Enchiladas. I don't really follow a recipe for them. I look at what I have and make the best with it. We always have basic ingredients for Mexican food.

Sour cream
Salsa
Cheddar cheese
rice (brown or white is fine)
Flour Tortillas
Chicken diced

These are all you need to make decent Enchiladas. I add to the recipe as I feel I need too. Sometimes I have cheddar cheese soup or cream of something which helps not use as much sour cream.

I buy the bags of steamer plain rice that way cooking time doesn't take as long as cooking rice on the stove top. Plus, I have a limited amount of pans, so it helps with the clean up too. You can get pre-made chicken too. If you look in the bags of Tyson chicken you can find chicken for Fajitas. I keep this is the freezer all the time. It comes in handy when you need to cook a quick meal. All you have to do is microwave it enough to shred it.

Once the rice and chicken are cooked they are added to a bowl with salsa and sour cream. (This is were I will substitute cheddar cheese soup or cream of something.) You will want to add salt and pepper to taste. If you taste the mix and think it's not spicy enough add more spice with some kind of hot sauce, but remember you are going to top the tortillas with salsa too, so you don't want it overwhelmingly hot. I pull out the tortillas and stuff them with the mix and add cheese before rolling them.

In the large baking dish, I put down a layer of salsa first and then lay the Enchiladas on top of it. Try not to stack these on top of each other. Even if that means you have to have a second dish. Once they are all laid out...pour the rest of the sauce on them and top with cheese. Cook them until it's steamy and all the cheese is melted. Then serve. I always eat mine with sour cream.

And (wearing my Eden Cooks hat) to both of you---what is the meal you make most often?
The meal I make the most often is probably Spaghetti, but because my two sons LOVE it. Even if I make it the cheapest and quickest way. My boys will eat two or three servings, so I like to make it for them if they are going to eat like that. But if we are going somewhere, I make one of two dishes....Chicken and Rice Enchiladas or Loaded Bake Potato Salad. These seem to be my crowd pleasers that everyone ask me to bring.

Wow, a line of clothing?? Hummm.... I really don't have a style of dress. I'm so bad about buying clothing because it's not my favorite thing to do. If someone buys me clothing, I wear it, even if it's not my style of dress because I don't like to think about what I will wear.

If I designed clothing, it would be all about comfort, especially for those who are large busted, thick in the hips, and fuller figured. It seems like whenever I go shopping for clothing...especially shirts; I end up in the mens section because the girls shirts aren't long enough with my breast size.

They would be beautiful designs, causal designs, and even designs that us tom boys would like. The tops that come with cups built in would be sold buy the bra size instead of S-2x (or whatever size they cut off at.) I would have pull strings so you could tighten the tops to be more fitting around the stomach area, but you don't have to pull them if you want it loose.

The pants would have plenty of ass room! So, no one who has a fuller ass would have to worry about crack exposure with pants. These would come in a variety of styles leggings, flared, boot cut, and anything else.

The material would have to be somewhat elastic, but mixed with something so it wasn't like spandex. I want it to be stretchy, but no clingy.

I might even think about shoes...I'd want some heels and some walking shoes. The heels would be high 1-5", but I'd make sure they were thick enough to walk without the leg cramps. The walking shoes would be squishy on the inside, so it feels like you are walking on air. There would have to be shoes for those with slender feet and with wide feet.

I think that is about everything. My goal wold be to have a variety of clothing for everyone. It seems like when someone does a line of clothing it's all targeted toward one group of people and that isn't what I would want.

Hummm...my timing is bad, so I had to google to get a good idea of what all was a breakthrough in the 1900's. I think any advancement we have made in medicine is the most important. These advancements in medicine have saved countless lives and helped cure things we all would have died from at young ages too. What we have accomplished medicine wise is amazing and I can't want to see what else we come up with.

Hummm....if you really want to get on my good side, you can't go wrong with either. I love my green and I love my sex toys. It's so had to pick between them, but if I had to pick it would be green because I have fingers.

Definitely sex of over green. However, that sex better be good and exhausting, so I can sleep.

Homegrown and Uma. I love me some homer and Uma is the shit.

How ironic - I think the same of you.

Well, I've actually decided on a few style designs when working on my jewelry line for my Etsy store, which I'll get off the ground when I have time. I also try to wear things that I like, not just things that fit or are on sale.

My clothes depend on my mood, which is probably why The Husband has no closet space. Rock-a-billy, a mixture of biker and lace, anything sugar skull or old rock bands paired with something really feminine. Heels with jeans and a tank top and a hat. Combat boots with a lace dress. Chuck Taylors with a strapless cupcake dress and a denim vest. Needless to say, my style varies. I'm not sure anyone could design a line for me other than ME.

As far as the food question - I don't cook, but I did answer the question about what we all eat the most around here a few questions back.

The number one thing is the industrial age. However, Henry Ford's mass production of the automobile may very well be the most advantageous to the common man by allowing each person to own a car. Thus, making travel outside of one's insular community possible.

Four-wheeler and a mud pit. No doubt.

There's a place that we all use to ride up around here called The Gentleman's Club (just a big old piece of land, not a strip joint - I swear) and we'd load up dirt bikes and 4-wheels to take up there. I got a 4-W stuck, and we had to snatch it. I had to get off to lighten the load. There was no way out but IN. I sank in up to my thigh. I lost my boot. We ended up leaving it there.

This is a hard question to answer. Everything is important when writing reviews, but experience has to be the most important. Without knowing how the product worked for someone, you don't have a complete review. However, if the review is full of only experience, it's not really that helpful. I need to know the stats and details of the product as well because the product page is wrong on a lot of products.

My hubby would disagree with me, because he thinks we were meant to be together, but I don't believe in destiny, fate, karma, or any of that. I believe that we all make the decisions that work best for us at the current moment. I can't wrap my fingers around the idea of a magical force that sets everything up. It doesn't matter what you call it; I can't believe it exists.

Well, first, Ms. Beck has another name: Beck-a-doodles. I seem to always come up with silly names for people I care about and Beck-a-doodles is definitely on that list. My question for Becksy (another name I use for her!) is this: How do you find time for anything with your two cutie pie boys!!! I get worn out just thinking about our grandson coming to visit next week!!!

BTW: I do beleive in love at first sight and being with the one you were meant to be. I fell in love with the Mrs. just seeing her walking in a parking lot. I was in the Navy at the time. When I reached the office I needed to bring some paperwork, she was the person I was bringing it to (although I did not know that!). About a year later, we started dating and another couple of years later we were married. She doesn't beleive me, but it is true!!! Sometimes guys are the right ones!

SinDoll--very interesting bio. Do you find your background helps you write reviews that are tailored to the EF member's mindset?

I love Alabama--spent about 6 months on the Gulf near Mobile!!! I know you are hot in this season!! Well, correction: if you are in the mountains, it must be really nice this time of year.

I use to babysit for this couple and the mister use to call me Beck-a-doodles. Thank you for caring about me. I care about you too! You are super sweet!

Well, nap time and lunch time is the time for reviews. I try to get in my other activities while they are playing and being good. My one year old eats all the time, so he does spend a great deal of time in the high chair. So, I will sit him next to the computer if I am going to be on.

Children are exhausting though! It's hard to keep up with everything.

That is a wonderful little story about you and your wife.
