Exfoliants


Apricot Shells - Apricot Shells are finely grounded from the seeds of the Apricot. It can be used as an all natural body scrub to deep-clean, renew and detoxify all skin types.

Walnut Husk - Ground Walnut Husk is a very popular grain when making natural exfoliating scrubs. It is finely ground, making it an ideal additive to your face and body scrubs. It is a gentle yet effective way to polish and refresh the skin.

Jojoba Meal - Jojoba meal is composed of finely grounded particles of crushed Jojoba seeds, the remains after the mechanical extraction of Jojoba oil. It can be used as an all natural body scrub to lightly exfoliate the skin while minimizing pores. Jojoba meal has low abrasive properties and is a gentle way to deep-clean, detoxify and soften the skin. It can be used in formulations for skin massage products, facial cleansers, shower gels, soaps, and hand and body scrubs.

Finely ground Pumice stone - Pumice is a naturally occurring, floating volcanic rocks. They have been ground into a powder that is perfect as an exfoliant in creams, lotions, and other cosmetic applications dealing with rough, dry skin.

Jojoba beeds - Ideal for bath and body gels, scrubs, and polishes

Coffee - The Coffee aroma is naturally stimulating and caffeine has been proven to combat cellulite.

Thanks! I worked my butt off to make sure that it was organized in a comprehensive manner. Which was a bit difficult because there was so much extra info on the ingredients. I struggled trying to decide where to add it in.

I think you did a great job. Listing all the options for ingredients during the workshop would probably have made things a little more cluttered. Offering it up for notes at the end gives more of a reference book kinda feel, in a really good way. At least in my opinion.

That was the decision that I came to too. It would be much easier to follow the recipes if I wasn't always throwing information in at inopportune moments.

My adapter on my laptop died, and so did my battery. It's a damn good thing I have a backup or I would be screwed.
