yes not only to the vagina but to your overall health. The healthier you eat the healthier your body, and your body disharge will be but keep in mind that asparagus though a healthy veggies does make our urine have a bad odor and I am sure it will do the same to your womanly juices. So have it on days you know you wont be intimate with a guy. There are other veggies that do that to you but in over all eating healthy is good for you.

I think that organic foods would probably be better, considering they don't contain chemicals and weren't raised with pesticides or anything.

I have also noticed myself that certain brands have varying sizes when it comes to what's supposed to be the same size. I'm glad to see I am not the only one with this problem. I am actually 34 b but I do have a couple 32-34 c bras.

I like the juice suggestions. Yum! I've heard that cranberry juice (the not-so-yummy-kind...I think it's unsweetened) can be used to prevent UTIs, ... more
Yeah, cranberries strengthen the walls of the bladder and clean out some bacteria. I read that because they clear out some of the bacteria, they make urine smell a little better, too.

So, when picking products for a special night out or in, you may also want to pick something that won’t harm your body. Thinking of using whipped cream or chocolate syrup during your next oral sex session? Both of these contain refined sugar, which is a leading cause of yeast infections. Instead, why not try a flavored lubricant that is completely body safe? For example, [Wet Naturals Sensual Strawberry|link] and [Lubricant Lickeurs|link] are both flavored and safe for vaginal use. Additional ingredients to look out for: glycerin and parabens. Both of these can cause yeast infections in women. Always check the ingredients list BEFORE using the product. If you are unsure, product reviews on EdenFantasys may help you to determine if the product is the right one for you. When checking ingredients, keep in mind that sugar can be sneaky sometimes. Manufacturers will list it as things like maltose, dextrose, or sucralose. You basically need to look for ingredients ending in “ose.”

While, yes, chocolate is delicious, you may want to save that for your after-sex victory cuddle.

I think that "after-sex victory" cuddle is my new favorite expression. Chocolate really is best saved for the ASVC.

I have heard that drinking water is the best way to clean your system down there, smell, taste, and anything else in your vagina.

Consuming a healthy amount of probiotics also helps prevent infecions in the vagina. Most yogurts have. Probiotics in them. Always check the packaging, it usually includes that somewhere visible even at a quick glance. Also vitamin suppliments are a good, natural way to help prevent, and ease most infections.

The probiotics works as a bacteria, the good kind, that replaces the lost bacteria from douching, and other cleansing, and to fight the bacteria of yeast infections.

Therefore, shouldn't changing your drinking habits be first thing to focus on, plus it's easier.

Yes, I agree probiotics are good. There are probiotic vitamins, too, so you can get the effect without eating a ton of yogurt.

I am just now getting over a UTI, so I probably should be taking something to build my bacteria back up. My antibiotic medication has probably killed off most of what I needed to fight off yeast infections.

yes water flushes out any toxins thats in your system but if you are eating a lot of process food and fat it takes the water longer to flush it out so a healthy diet and water is good for the body and for good tasting womanly and manly juices

Making healthier drink choices is a pretty good idea for your entire body. I read somewhere that switching from drinking regular soda to just water drops about 6 pounds of weight or so in a few weeks. This, too, means less junk is being distributed through your body.

Yes, definitely. You really should take your probiotics because you are almost garenteed a yeast infect ion after taking antibiotics especially if your time of the month is coming up. I found that out the hard way.

I wish I could give up pop, but I don't think I ever could. Right now, though, I am only drinking one small can a day of diet pop.

My husband just gave up soda for good. He's already feeling better and it's only been a week or two.

It's just like quitting smoking! You need to take it one step at a time. Start off by banding it for a day, then a week, then a month. Pop is just a bunch of enginered crap and is just as bad as smoking. Smoking will disrupt your sex drive, and overall taste and smell in your vagina.
