Question about the stores, but not setup related- has anyone given any thought to how they're going to advertise their store and get their name and links out there??
For people with stand-alone stores, I recommend using social media like Twitter and Facebook. You can follow/friend people who seem interested in adult products and also promote your store with blurbs about your products.
For people with stores "attached" to their existing websites/blogs, I recommend using the existing site to help promote the store. You could have a launch post on your blog, or make a banner for your store and link to it in your blog's sidebar.
I think someone mentioned in the EPS Introduction thread that they planned to buy Google Ads to promote their store, too. That could work for specific searches people make on Google, where you could target a subset of people, like those looking for fetish items or pegging supplies.
I'd love to see what suggestions (or testimonials!) the rest of the community have on this issue.
