This lady probably had more to do with my writing style than anyone else. Flash back a year or so and I had made a comment on her review about how easy they are to read. She told me "I generally write the way I talk, it just flows better that way to me." Since then I have always tried to think that the person reading the review has never used a toy and is my BFF.

Seems to work pretty good.

Some people I've looked up to for their video reviews. Some reviewers just get it. The nowhere near exhaustive list: Tim, Antipova, Kindred, Reasearch, Indiglo, Sam... But I don't think I'm supposed to have favorites...

I think that's part of my problem. I'm a scientist and so my reviews are very factual and tend to be dry, but that's the way I think.

I especially like it when folks think the person reading has never used a toy....(I wonder why?)

I feel so stupid sometimes reviewing products when it took my 27 year old daughter to explain to me what some things are (like she had to explain dildos and pegging and things like that).

Now that was embarrassing.

Anyway - I love it when folks treat a product that way - as if it is a totally new concept to me.

I agree about the getting it part. Sometimes I watch videos and Im like when is this over. But the people you listed and maybe a few more I can watch them talk all day. Its brilliant.

This is really flattering! It took me a few swings to get comfortable with video reviewing (I feel like, at least). I actually had to stop going to Toastmasters meetings (scheduling) about the time I joined Eden, so I was impressed to see that doing video reviews kept me a little practiced at public speaking.

I'm generally kind of shy

Its ok, I told my 28 year old sister that there are more sex toys out there than vibrators yesterday. She was like wait you have that kind of stuff, and I was like Ohhh you have no idea. But now she wants me to send her stuff-I dont even know where to begin.

Alice is another person who gets it. I totally love Top2Bottom's videos! They both have a similar style with videos.

I agree with all of those and I would add Owl Identified. She could make a bowl of cereal look sexy and erotic. She was one of the people that inspired me to try making adult videos. I wish I had boobs.

Agreed! Although Misha's Amusements was not around as much when I started. Sir is just plain awesome, I love his reviews even if I am not into most of that stuff.
