Avoid direct light pointing at the camera. Grab extra maps from around the apartment/house, use white light bulbs when you can (lights that don't give off a yellow glow). An articulated desk lamp is usually handy
light behind the camera and off to camera right or left (pick your best 'side'! you know what im talkin bout) will achieve best effects and add a bit of shading to your face.

leave it to the photography major...

I turn the light on that's behind my computer along with the wall light.

Alright. When I wrote my first review it was defaulted in the standard template and didn't see an option to change it to extended, where is that?

with lingere or harnesses that adjust, get the largest measurement it will go to as well

Exactly!

It's like a video is some sort of collection of pictures that move really fast or something...

Unfortunately, you can't switch from one to the other once you've saved a template.

When you first click the "Write review," you should get a pop-up asking for which template you want to use. However, some products I believe do not have the extended template option for some reason.

One it has been chosen you can't change the format. Some items aren't allowed on the extended.

Something i always tell students is to think like the person reading the review is your BFF and has never seen/used a sex toy. Any info you can give then that will help to make an informed decision is a big plus. A bit of humor and your personality is a big help too.

We learned that I'm glad that you brought it up to me, I saw another review on the same thing that had people asking the same thing.

One of my peeves in a video or written review is hearing/seeing the measurements of the product.

They're on the product page, restating is just filler really. Unless the dimensions are off (it happens), then show us. Put a can of soda next to the toy or something.

That is the thing that helped me in reading reviews since I am a newbie to toys.

Do y'all recommend "Standard (4:3)" video resolution, or the widescreen one? I've done the Standard on my two video reviews so far, but if I should be doing something else I'd be glad to know about it.

Yes! I have a whole mental checklist when I write my reviews, and unless I'm actually sitting down to write them, I often forget what all needs to be included in them lol.

I think the last gift card is going to go to the first person to post at 7:55pm EST. That's easier to figure out!

I believe the widescreen distorts the image when viewed on Edentube. I could be wrong though.
